Call me The Doctor

I’m pretty sure everyone has their favorite TV series. Doctor Who is my favorite thanks to a friend’s referral (THANK YOU Tina, you’re the best! :) ). It took me a month or so to watch season 1 to 6. For those of you who do not know this series, it is a science fiction about “The Doctor” traveling through space and time solving unnatural catastrophes.

At first, I didn’t expect anything mind blowing from the series, but was I wrong. As I continually watched episode after episode, gradually I became more and more interested. The events and story around The Doctor keeps you in suspense. What really intrigues me are the events that involve Earth history and legends. And what keeps me watching are the little hints they place in some episodes that have you wondering who, what, or why; it’s genius.

I would like to write more about Doctor Who, but that would be called “spoilers”. If you enjoy science fiction and have not seen this series, I would highly recommend it. For those of you who have a Netflix account, they have season 1 to 5!

Fans of “The Doctor”, I don’t need to tell you guys how awesome it is. It’d be cool if you guys can comment on who your favorite Doctor is. Mine would be the 10th.

I’ll end this blog with a question about Doctor Who. On the first encounter with a warmongering species, the Doctor repeats a line, referenced from a previous episode, after putting on a “mask”. What is that line? Answer this question by commenting on the Facebook post of this blog entry.

Happy Halloween Everyone – From NZXT!

NZXT is making all your nightmares come true. Some of us are prepared to take on a zombie apocalypse, others are just plain spooky. NZXT Facebook Contest – More Prizes! Different rules!

As you may have noticed, earlier today we announced the changes on Facebook. We took these decisions into account due to immense fan response and their input.

We wanted to dive into some of the changes we’ve made! I think you’ll be just as excited as we are!

1.) Better prize distribution and more frequent giveaways! Instead of giving away lots at 500 likes, we’ve broken up all the giveaways to happen every 250 likes. More giveaways means more fun! This also means more chance for people to win.

2.) In addition to our spread out giveaways, we lifted the profile picture restriction. We realize this was an unfair decision initially, and after all the marketing jargin, it came down to making fans happy. We wouldn’t have wanted to change a profile picture to participate in a contest. In fact it might have even deterred some of you from participating before! By lifting this restriction, anyone can enter and anyone can win! No more NZXT profile pictures. (Unless you really want to, that’s fine too.) So, for all our fans, we’ve opened it up for all of you! Enjoy!

3.) New prizes! We’ve added our new Sentry Mix and Tempest 410 to the prize pack! We wanted to bring more NZXT to the fans, so we included our NEWEST products!

4.) Claim time limit. Unfortunately, there are still people that haven’t claimed their prizes from previous levels. We’re sorry to see that maybe not everyone checks to see if they’re winner, but we have to put a restriction on these claims. If you’re a winner, you must respond within 60 days to be eligible for your prize. In your claims after 3 weeks, please note the level that you are emailing us about. After that 60 days, you will no longer be eligible and your prize will be used for future giveaways.

Thank you again for your support and your fan response. We DO listen, and we’re thankful for your input. We always welcome opinions and suggestions for us to do better. We care about the community, and want to make sure everyone feels included!
