Do you have any support for your Phantom cases? I ask because I ordered one for my wife from Newegg.com on May 21th 2012 and recieved it on May 24th 2012. However we had some questions so we opened a support ticket online, however the ticket was closed 3 days later without resolution.
We noticied that our emails goto service@nxzt.com. Is that email address still monitored?
While we like the case, we will not be buying anything from NZXT again,
